More than just a craze – Barre classes at Ember are all about improving posture, increasing muscle strength, balance and definition using ballet inspired moves and a fully rounded cardio and conditioning workout. The classes are tough but hugely enjoyable and whilst they are dynamic there is little to no impact making it a safe and effective choice for everyone. During the class you will utilise your own bodyweight, the ballet barre itself and even some light hand weights to achieve incredible results all whilst having fun, whats not to like?
